Recently, I met with Hayden from the Top Blokes Foundation, a great organisation who provide education around men's mental health. As part of their 'Lift the Load' campaign, I walked around with the 10kg vest, which was symbolic of the weight of mental health on young men; it helped me understand the challenges that young men are facing. Top Blokes supports hundreds of young men each year and thank them for their ongoing efforts in reducing the stigma around mental health. Promoting conversation
