Banana Syrup 1 ripe banana 1 cup water 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch of cinnamon Mash the banana in a small pot, add the water and sugar, and bring it to a gentle boil. Let it simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, then strain out the pulp. Stir in the vanilla and cinnamon and let it cool. That’s it.
