Simhasana, or Lion Pose, is a seated yoga pose where you exhale forcefully with your tongue out, like a lion's roar, to relieve tension, improve voice clarity, and enhance breathing. To perform it, kneel in Vajrasana or cross-legged or Padamasana , then inhale deeply and, on the exhale, open your mouth wide, stick out your tongue towards your chin, and make a "haa" sound while spreading your fingers like claws.
