We shared so many special moments throughout the journey, and now we get to step into motherhood together too. Our little ones are just 7 weeks apart, and knowing they’ll grow up side by side, sharing milestones, family memories and so many adventures together, makes my heart so happy✨ What a beautiful season of life this is�
