Adjutant General of the Army Brig. Gen. Hope Rampy, from Fort Knox’s U.S. Army Human Resources Command, laid a wreath this morning on the gravesite of the nation's 12th president, Zachary Taylor. The White House provides wreaths each year to be placed, by a U.S. military general or flag officer, at the gravesite of each deceased former U.S. president on the anniversary of their respective births.
