It’s a date! The annual Riverside County Fair and National Date Festival kicked off Friday at the Riverside County Fairgrounds in Indio. It’s that time of year again: the Riverside County Fair and National Date Festival is back at the Riverside County Fairgrounds in Indio. The event runs for three long weekends: Feb. 12-16, Feb. 19-22 and Feb. 26-March 1. Doors open at 3 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays, and 10 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays as well as on Monday, Feb. 16.
