I believe his hand signs spells LA Knight. In the picture his left hand it spells LA "A" is upside down and a normal "L" , the right hand is a street hand sign of a Crown or a Knight helmet.

I don’t think the “LA” part actually means Los Angeles, it just works in multiple ways naturally since people are used to saying “LA” anyway I’ve known a couple people in my life who were nicknamed LA because their first and middle names started with L and A (respectively), it’s just not common practice for people to do that ...
