North Korean troops have sustained 27% combat losses in Ukraine war, as UK announces 100-year partnership with Kyiv.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy predicted that his nation's forces would "undoubtedly" capture more North Korean troops.

Ukraine called for maximum pressure on Moscow and Pyongyang. This happened after the first North Korean prisoners of war were brought to Kyiv. This was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha.

The wounded fighters were taken for questioning to Kyiv, authorities said, where they could reveal details of Pyongyang’s cooperation with Moscow.

There is mounting evidence from the battlefield, intelligence reports and testimonies of defectors that some North Korean soldiers are resorting to extreme measures as they support Russia's three-year war with Ukraine.

A video released last week shows Ukrainian authorities interrogating two North Korean soldiers captured in the Kursk region of Russia. In the video, one of the soldiers expressed a desire to stay in Ukraine;
