An 11-year-old boy was shot and killed at a north Minneapolis park Monday afternoon, according to police. Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara said officers were called to the shooting at Folwell Park around 2:08 p.m. and a police lieutenant was flagged down by a good Samaritan who lives nearby and had put the injured child inside their vehicle.
