The suspect in a terror attack​ in Boulder, Colorado, will be tried on 12 federal counts of a hate crime, according to an indictment unsealed in Denver on Wednesday.

The indictment comes after a judge ruled that there was enough evidence to move forward with a hate crime case against Mohamed Sabry Soliman, 45.

A man accused of hurling Molotov cocktails at a group of people demonstrating in Boulder, Colorado, in support of Israeli hostages has been indicted by a federal grand jury on 12 hate crime counts.
