This year marks NBC’s 25th production of the Kentucky Derby and the first Run for the Roses since 2021 for polarizing trainer Bob Baffert, who returns this weekend after serving out a three-year suspension.

The white-haired trainer will saddle Wood Memorial winner Rodriguez and Citizen Bull, last year’s 2-year-old champion, in the Derby on Saturday.
