The Cubs, the City of Chicago, and Major League Baseball are set to officially announce next week that Wrigley Field has been awarded the 2027 All-Star Game. Sun-Times sources confirmed the rollout, which will include officials from all parties, is scheduled for Aug. 1, as Crain’s Chicago Business reported Wednesday night.
At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find on tickets for any one game at the ballpark with the ivy and the best seventh inning stretch in the game was $19 including fees on Vivid Seats. Other contests at Wrigley have seats starting anywhere from $21 to $110 including fees.
