Closing out the Xbox Games Showcase this year was a sneak peek at the next game in the Call of Duty franchise. Perhaps surprisingly, the next Call of Duty game will be Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. The game will star Milo Ventimiglia (Heroes or This Is Us if you’re my mum and reading this) as David Mason.

Surely I wasn't the only one caught off guard that this trailer featuring Milo Ventimiglia, a cybernetic butterfly and a tentacly upside-down hell world turned out to be the announcement of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7,
