The Las Vegas Raiders drafted former Boise State standout running back Ashton Jeanty with the No. 6 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. It was a move that should completely change the outlook for the Raiders' offense. Along with Geno Smith, Jeanty will help take the team's offensive unit to the next level.

Rookies know they aren't going to be getting Madden ratings in the 90s. The best they figure they can hope for is something in the 80s. Those ratings are out and with an 83 rating, Raiders rookie RB Ashton Jeanty got the second highest rating among rookies.

The official Madden NFL 26 Twitter account released the top 10 rookie ratings, placing Jeanty just behind Travis Hunter, the second overall pick in the draft. Early projections had Jeanty rated 79, similar to other top non- quarterback rookies. However, his standout college resume high draft position bumped his final rating up to 83.
