Marvel pushes back Avengers: Doomsday and Secret Wars release dates
As reported by Deadline, Marvel is moving Avengers: Doomsday from May 1 to December 18, 2026, while Avengers: Secret Wars is being pushed from May 7 to December 17, 2027. That is an extra seven months that we’ll be waiting for each of these films.
Avengers Doomsday, Secret Wars hit with disappointing release delays
It was reported on May 22, 2025, that the next two Avengers movies, Doomsday and Secret Wars, have been delayed to December of their respective release years. So, Doomsday will now open on December 18, 2026, instead of May 1, 2026. And Secret Wars will be released on December 17, 2027, instead of May 7, 2027.
