ESPN’s Adam Rittenberg reached out to college coaches to find sleeper picks in the NFL Draft. Those players were considered to be drafted outside of the first two rounds and closer to the end of Day 2 and throughout Day 3.

With the NFL draft fast approaching, ESPN's Jordan Reid dropped a final seven-round mock draft. We went through all 11 of San Francisco's selections and gave a grade to each one based more on the strategy than the actual player (although that will play some role in the grading).

The San Francisco 49ers wound up using all 11 of their selections in the 2025 NFL draft. Some of their picks will likely work out. Others will likely not. In the interest of transparency, we don't have a crystal ball and we can't tell you which players will be good or not (although that won't stop us from prognosticating).
