Giannis Antetokounmpo leads Bucks to comeback win over Mavs
Giannis Antetokounmpo led six Milwaukee scorers in double-figure scoring with 29 points and the Bucks cruised to a 132-117 road win over the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday.
The Milwaukee Bucks are set to take on the Atlanta Hawks for their 60th game of the season. On Tuesday, the Bucks will look for their 35th win of the season in their fourth matchup against Atlanta. Milwaukee will look to avoid their third loss of the season to the Hawks.
The Milwaukee Bucks play the Dallas Mavericks on March 1. Giannis Antetokounmpo is probable with a calf issue. Damian Lillard is also probable. Pat Connaughton is out. The Mavericks have more injuries with Anthony Davis and Daniel Gafford out.
Despite the Mavericks missing Dereck Lively II, Anthony Davis, and Daniel Gafford, they outscored the Bucks in the paint 58-46. But the Bucks also shot 35 free throws to Dallas' 25 and blocked six shots. They could've taken more advantage on the inside, but Damian Lillard and Gary Trent Jr. were doing just fine on the outside.
