Transfer Austin FC have transferred star midfielder Sebastián Driussi to Argentine powerhouse River Plate, the club announced Friday.

Austin FC will be looking for another new designated player after selling Sebastián Driussi to Argentinean club River Plate.

Driussi joined Austin FC in July 2021 and made his debut that August. He is the club's all-time leading scorer, having tallied 45 goals in 106 appearances.
