Audio from a 911 call from Scott Wolf's house revealed an alleged 'family fight' on the same day that his wife, Kelley Wolf, was detained in Utah County, Utah.

PEOPLE obtained the dispatch audio that an unknown caller made from Scott and Kelley Wolf's Utah home, reporting to authorities that there was a “family fight" on Friday, June 13, the same day Kelley was detained and hospitalized.

The incident occurred on June 13, three days after “The Real World: New Orleans” alum and her husband, the actor Scott Wolf, announced their separation after 21 years of marriage. Kelley Wolf was not arrested but transported to a local hospital for evaluation.
