Multiple other people, including a firefighter, were injured when crews responded to a home at 45 Fenwick St. on Saturday at 1:48 p.m. and found heavy fire on the rear porches that extended to the third floor, according to the Hartford Fire Department. The fire also extended to a home next door.

HARTFORD, Conn. (WFSB) - One person has died after a fire in Hartford on Monday afternoon. According to the Hartford Fire Department, at around 1:49 p.m. firefighters responded to the scene of Whitney Street for a reported structure fire. When crews arrived, they found a heavy fire on the third floor.
