The "Euphoria" actor guest stars as a firefighter living with the emotional and physical struggles of ALS in an episode of NBC's "Brilliant Minds."

Actor Eric Dane, who recently announced his ALS diagnosis, will guest star as a patient with the disease on the TV drama "Brilliant Minds."

The former "Grey's Anatomy" star plays Matthew on Monday's episode. Eric Dane certainly left an impression on the cast and crew of Brilliant Minds. They were so affected that they jumped to their feet, Creator Michael Grassi explained during an interview with USA Today.
