Head coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed on Friday, Sept. 12, that the team will be without quarterback Brock Purdy for Sunday's road game against the New Orleans Saints, per multiple reports. Purdy completed 26 of 35 passes for 277 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions in the 49ers' win last week in Seattle.
