The money is part of nearly $300 million supporting 121 projects in 42 of Pennsylvania's counties.
Erie County and 24 other Pennsylvania counties are under a drought watch due to low rainfall. A drought watch is declared based on precipitation, stream flows, groundwater levels and soil moisture.
