The Tampa Bay Buccaneers won yet another game in dramatic fashion on Sunday, walking off against the New York Jets with a game-winning field goal as time expired to snatch a 29-27 victory from the jaws of what would have been an absolutely disastrous defeat after they had led the game 23-6 earlier in the fourth quarter.

Facing a 17-point deficit entering the fourth quarter, the Green & White scored 21 points and took a 1-point lead with just under two minutes remaining in Sunday's game in Tampa Bay. In the first of two Week 2 "Monday Night Football" games, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers pulled off a dramatic, come-from-behind victory to defeat the Houston Texans by a final score of 20-19, improving their record to 2-0 and dropping the Texans to 0-2.
Tampa also joined the 1994 New York Giants and 2017 Pittsburgh Steelers as teams to win three consecutive games with a go-ahead score in the final minute. The Buccaneers emerged victorious in Week 1 when Mayfield connected with rookie Emeka Egbuka on a 25-yard touchdown pass with 59 seconds left.
When Buccaneers running back Rachaad White scored the game-winning touchdown with six seconds left on Monday night, it was the second come-from-behind victory for his team this season.

The two-minute offense again was clutch with Mayfield leading another game-winning drive. The Jets opened the third quarter on defense. They proceeded to give up a long, clock-chewing drive and the Buccaneers tacked on another field goal to take a 23 -6 lead with less than six minutes left in the third quarter. The third quarter ended with the score still Buccaneers 23, Jets 6.
