If you're looking for something to watch this Thanksgiving weekend, look no further than "THE SHUFFLE," an HBO Original documentary short film that explores the making of the 1985 Chicago Bears’ iconic rap music video that became a cultural phenomenon leading up to the team’s storied Super Bowl XX championship.
An HBO documentary premiering Tuesday night examines "The Super Bowl Shuffle," the 1985 hip-hop song and music video that will always be associated with the Chicago Bears championship team.
That team was the 1985 Chicago Bears. The song, of course, was “The Super Bowl Shuffle,” an improbable hit that proved great football players don’t always make good dancers or, heaven forbid, rappers. The video was recorded the day after a 38-24 loss to the Miami Dolphins on Monday Night Football in week 13.

ClutchPoints spoke with The Shuffle director Jeff Cameron about how he made the HBO documentary about the 1985 Chicago Bears.
It’s been 40 years, and HBO is finally ready to tell the definitive story of “The Shuffle.” That’s “The Super Bowl Shuffle,” of course, the music video recorded in an act of preemptive bravado by the 1985 Chicago Bears on their path to an eventual Super Bowl victory.
