University of North Carolina head coach Bill Belichick confirmed that his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, 'doesn't have any role' with the football program.

Despite all the perceived chaos surrounding Bill Belichick and his girlfriend/fiancee Jordon Hudson, the legendary football coach says none of it will distract him from coaching the North Carolina Tar Heels when the season starts this fall.

Gio Lopez, a transfer from South Alabama, is a strong candidate to be the starter in the Tar Heels’ Sept. 1 opener against TCU. Last year’s opening-day starter, Max Johnson, is also in the mix.
