Portugal won their second Nations League final after beating Iberian neighbours Spain 5-3 on penalties following a 2-2 draw.

A spectator at the UEFA Nations League final in Munich died after falling from the second tier of the main stand at Allianz Arena on Sunday. UEFA confirmed the death, which took place during Portugal's win over Spain.

The UEFA Nations League Final is set as two of Europe's best teams – Spain and Portugal – face off at Allianz Arena in Munich (3 p.m. ET on FOX). Led by Cristiano Ronaldo's game-winning goal, Portugal knocked off Germany in the semifinal last week.
