Brentford have issued a touching farewell to Thomas Frank after he was confirmed as Tottenham head coach on Thursday night. The Dane has signed a three-year deal with Spurs and has big shoes to fill after Ange Postecoglou won the Europa League, delivering the club’s first title since 2008.

Brentford’s first-choice replacement for Thomas Frank, who has been appointed Tottenham Hotspur manager, has also departed with the Dane. First-team assistant coach Justin Cochrane was the Bees’ preferred candidate to replace Frank, but has opted to move with him to Spurs.
