The pinnacle of the Belmont Stakes Racing Festival is today with the 157th running of the Belmont Stakes. It’s the second year in a row that Saratoga is hosting Belmont week, due to the massive ongoing renovation project at Belmont Park on Long Island.

The 157th Belmont Stakes is set for Saturday, June 7, as the final leg of the Triple Crown unfolds at Saratoga Race Course for the second consecutive year.

For the second year in a row, the Belmont Stakes will not take place at Belmont, but rather 190 miles north at Saratoga Race Course. Belmont Park is currently in the midst of a $4
