Good try from Paws, the Detroit Tigers mascot, to distract Paul Skenes on Thursday. But it didn't help -- the superstar ace for the Pittsburgh Pirates threw six innings of two-run ball, and even though he walked five hitters, he struck out nine.

The rascally Detroit Tigers mascot could be seen behind home plate at Comerica Park during the second game of Thursday's doubleheader against the Pittsburgh Pirates holding up a sign reading, "Sup Livvy Dunne." The sign was surrounded by nine red hearts and quickly got the attention of fans, and even Dunne herself, on social media.
