Authorities in Virginia are activity searching for 4-year-old boy after he reportedly went missing following a shooting in Norfolk Monday afternoon. According to an Amber Alert put out by the Norfolk,

The Virginia State Police have issued an AMBER Alert for a four-year-old boy they believe to be in extreme danger. Four-year-old Kai Foreman is described as a black male with brown eyes and black hair. He is 3'6" in height and weighs 40 pounds.
