Richardson was selected by the Orlando Magic with the No. 25 overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft on Wednesday night. With the pick by the Magic, Richardson became the 12th Spartan to play under Tom Izzo to be selected in the first round of the NBA Draft, joining his father Jason Richardson as well.
