First responders traveled to the site using snowmobiles and found two people inside the helicopter, authorities said. One was dead, and the other was taken to a hospital.

The crash involved a Bell 505 helicopter and took place at the Ririe Reservoir. The coroner said Bradford Brown, 59, of Utah died in the crash.

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — In a report from the Bonneville County Sheriff, on Feb. 20 at approximately 4:40 p.m., emergency personnel were dispatched to a helicopter crash on the Ririe Reservoir, about halfway between Ririe Dam and the Blacktail Access area.
