A passenger on board the Delta Air Lines flight that crashed in Toronto in February is suing the company for negligence.
At least 18 passengers were taken to hospitals, airport officials said in an update Monday evening. Delta flight 4819 crashed at Toronto Pearson International Airport in Toronto, Feb. 17, 2025.
