The 35-year-old South African man—who has not been named publicly—stabbed his 28-year-old female South African co-worker multiple times on board the Icon of the Seas near the Bahamian island of San Salvador, according to police.

A crew member on Royal Caribbean’s Icon of the Seas ship has died after falling overboard. The unidentified person went overboard at about 7 a.m. Thursday as the vessel — billed as the world’s largest cruise ship — was a few hundred miles from the coast of the Bahamas.
