The drama of the NBA Draft every year makes it one of the premier events on the basketball calendar. The buildup to the (now) two-day event is full of rumors, mock drafts and projections on where the top prospects will be playing next season.

The Philadelphia 76ers are in a good position with the No. 3 pick in this month's NBA draft, but the team reportedly isn't satisfied.

According to NBA Insider Michael Scotto, the Sixers have contacted the San Antonio Spurs about a trade to move up into the No. 2 spot in the draft to select the Rutgers Scarlet Knights star point guard.

According to John Gambadoro of Arizona Sports, the Phoenix Suns will trade Kevin Durant before the 2025 NBA Draft. The 2025 NBA Draft is on June 25. Gambadoro also thinks the Los Angeles Clippers could be interested in trading for Durant.

The Boston Celtics hold the 28th and 32nd picks in the 2025 NBA Draft. Brad Stevens and the front office have already begun holding pre-draft workouts with players that could potentially fall within that range.
